Maid Naturally is licensed, bonded and insured. We do background checks on our staff to ensure the safety of your home and your belongings. All precautions are taken to ensure our clients security, personal information and possessions are well cared for, however sometimes accidents do happen during the cleaning process.Maid Naturally is not responsible for damages, scratches, chips, dings or dents in/on shelves, counters, appliances, end tables, offices, livings areas, bedrooms or entrances.We ask that you set aside any items that are of sentimental or monetary value.
We do not require any contracts at all.We want you to feel free to schedule as you need us.Regularly scheduled customers get a discount as well as priority scheduling times.Seasonal and one time cleanings will be scheduled based on availability.
Maid Naturally is a company that strives to clean your home with your details, priorities, concerns and schedules in mind.Our estimate is designed to take note of places or things that are important to you and pass them on to our staff.Our estimation process is also designed to give you a ROUGH guideline of how long cleanings on a regular basis should take.Keep in mind that an estimate is just that.We look over the house as a whole not always taking into account the harder cleaning details such as, hard water in the showers, baked on foods on the stove top and in the microwaves, mold and mildew in window tracks, baseboards, and anyplace that hasn’t been cleaned in a while.Please expect that the first few cleanings will take longer than normal as we get your home up to Maid Naturally standards.Our staff will call you to get permission to go over time if they see that they are going to run over the estimate.On our first visit, we will not guarantee standards to be met unless an unlimited time limit is allowed.We will work room by room making sure each area is complete before moving on to the next area.On regularly scheduled cleanings, we will guarantee that your priorities will be complete.If you notice that an area is not up to expectations, please call the same day of your cleaning.
When we are on a normal schedule, cleaning times will become more regular.There are times when we may need an extra 15-20 minutes to take care of extras that may have happened during life. (A party, extra long week at work, etc.)We will call to get permission to go over your regular time and change your invoice accordingly.
If you need to cancel, we ask for 24 hours notice.If you cancel after that, there is at $25.00 cancellation fee.There is also a $25.00 lock out fee if we have no access to your home on an agreed upon appointment.Please be courteous to our staff and cancel if there is any sickness, such as fever or throwing up in your family so that they do not pass it along to our staff and possibly our other customers.
Payment is due at the time of service. You are welcome to leave a check or we can keep your credit card on file and charge that after the cleaning is complete.If we have to send a statement as a reminder, late charges will be applied.Tips are greatly appreciated, but not expected.Any monies written over invoice amount will be split between the staff that cleaned your home.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
We also have our own line of cleaning products that are retailed at several stores around town and through our website.Please feel free to ask or call and place an order if you have found something that you like especially well and we can put it on your next invoice and deliver it at that time if you would like.
